The hotel's central location made exploring Jerusalem easy, and the complimentary cold drinks in the lobby were refreshing after a long day in the sun.

I had fine and spotless room with hypoallergenic pillows. This good value and simple hotel was in very central location near incredible central market. Ate at The Buffet at Aria, it's relatively near the venue😀
Some of the staff were not so friendly.

Beautiful breakfast and great location.
Dirty, old and torn bedding. Someone else's hair in bed. Dust on nightstands and in them. Very dusty curtains.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast delicious, and the location! Fabulous.
I only wish they had a pool- it would have been perfect. There needs to be an elevator to the lower street below...the stairs are a fairly good workout. Had I been elderly or needed a wheelchair, I would have had to ambulate 1/2 block and then climbed a curved hill to get up to the entrance of the hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy seating area and a well-fitted kitchenette, made it easy to prepare snacks. The location couldn't be better. Just a short walk to the Old City and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning was broken .

location and breakfast (extra charge), hotel staff very helpful and knowledgeable
too much street noise at night - not well sound insulated, bedroom a bit tight for two people (two twin beds); TV reception poor due to loose cable connection; laundry facility limited - one washer/dryer, which took a long time to run

The location was the best. I would stay again
You should be able to pull up in front of the hotel to unload luggage, but the entrance is blocked off. I also asked for a non-smoking room and the room definitely had a stench when you walked in....although I did mention this and they tried to air it out....however, I still felt the room was totally adequate and so I would book again.

Great Location with Some Room for Improvement
The staff were friendly, but the breakfast options didn't excite us. Pro tip, explore the local dining around the hotel for more variety!
